Live Enlightenment
32nd Jayanthi Message, January 1, 2009 "Live Enlightenment"
During Guru Mantra Initiates meeting on Sunday, January 18, 2009 Bhaktapriya Maharaj reminded everyone about Swamiji's 2009 message to all, to dedicate for Enlightenment. Keep one thing in mind: work and live Enlightenment in all that we do. "Living Enlightenment" can be defined with three parts:
Shakti - do actions with full energy and enthusiasm, expressing the fullest. Do what is possible and try the impossible ("I am possible").
Buddhi - do actions without expectation, allow Existence to take care. Have the maturity to relax.
Yukti - the clarity that everything is an ever-changing dream.
Bhakti - deep connection with the Master, with that which never changes, expression of deep devotion to Existence.
Living these four, expressing these four, is "Living Enlightenment". Master already gives the way, we don't need to invent anything.
In addition, Bhaktapriya commented how the world never changes, only our perceptions change. Inner perception creates our inner world. The relevance of spirituality is found when we map it to our own life and to our own inner space.
Bhaktapriya also said that during Swami's tour, new dimensions will be shown. In the new year, there will be more and more programs. Swamiji's Spring Tour Event Schedule is available online. Swamiji's tour schedule for North America, Spring, 2009 is available online.

Happy New Year!

Happy Holidays!
The Bliss Festival is currently being celebrated at the Vedic Temple, Los Angeles. Schedule and details can be obtained at the Bliss Festival Website. All day celebrations will happen on Jan 1, 2009 on Swamiji's birthday. As part of the celebrations, there will also introductory Nithya Yoga classes.
